Mohit is an accomplished HR professional and executive coach with an impressive track record spanning over 25 years in the global finance and consumer sectors. Throughout his career, Mohit has held senior HR roles with renowned organizations such as BFAM Partners, a Hong Kong headquartered hedge fund, as well as Manulife, Carlsberg, HSBC, and GE Capital, operating on both global and regional scales.
After leaving BFAM Partners at the end of 2023, Mohit established Green Lane Talent Management, a boutique consulting firm specializing in delivering integrated solutions in Leadership Development, Talent Management, Culture Shaping, and Change Acceleration.
Mohit has collaborated with CEOs, Boards, and Senior Executives over the years to drive behavior change that directly impacts commercial outcomes. As a facilitator and coach, he focuses on enhancing leadership effectiveness, facilitating career development, navigating change, and managing complex relationships and structures. In addition to holding an MBA and coaching qualifications, Mohit has obtained Six Sigma certifications during his tenure at GE and HSBC. He is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute in the USA. Mohit's expertise extends to various psychometric assessments, including PRISM, SHL OPQ, Hogan, and MBTI. Furthermore, he is a certified trainer in Change Management and Project Management, as well as a Blanchard Master Trainer in Situational Leadership II. Currently, Mohit is actively working towards an ICF certification and pursuing CFA qualifications.
